Fireplace
If you would like to use the fireplace, please let us know in advance.

The pool is serviced 2x/week.

Heater is available Oct - April for $75/day. Must buy for entire stay.
parking
No street parking.
No RVs, trailers, water vehicles, campers, etc.

These may result in a parking citation on your reservation.
Trash
Trash Pick Up: Tuesday & Friday, early morning

All trash must be placed INSIDE the bins and bins put at the end of the driveway.​
Bring the bins back up to the house at the end of the day. If bins are not brought back, your reservation may incur a trash citation.
Grill
The grill is fueled by natural gas. Light using lighter.
​​
Grill utensils and scrub brush are located in the main house kitchen in the drawer above the trash can.​
Do not use any metal bristle brushes on the grill.
Please do a final check for your personal belongings.
We are not responsible for items left behind.
Smoking

We set the AC to 74 degrees with the fan on auto. Do not set it below 68 degrees or the unit could freeze and cause guest damages.
