House rules

General

  • Primary guest must be 25+ and present during the stay (ID verification)

  • Maximum guest count 14 guests (including infants)

  • City quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM daily

Pets

  • $150 pet fee, 2 dog max

  • No aggressive breeds

  • No other pet types allowed

  • No dogs allowed in the pool

  • Renters are responsible for any pet damages

pool

The pool is serviced 2x/week.

  • No glass

  • No diving - deepest is 5 ft

  • No children left unattended

  • No dogs in the pool

Heater is available Oct - April for $75/day. Must buy for entire stay.

parking

  • Parking for 7 vehicles on site.

  • No street parking.

  • No RVs, trailers, water vehicles, campers, etc.

 

These limits are set by the County and may result in a parking citation on your reservation if they are not followed.

Trash

Trash Pick Up (green lid): Tuesday & Friday

Recycling (yellow lid): Tuesday

All trash must be placed INSIDE the bins and bins put at the end of the driveway.

 

Bring the bins back up to the house at the end of the day. If bins are not brought back, your reservation may incur a trash citation.

Grill

Grill utensils and scrub brush are located in the main house kitchen in the drawer above the trash can.

 

Do not use any metal bristle brushes on the grill.

Please do a final check for your personal belongings.

We are not responsible for items left behind.

Smoking

NO SMOKING & NO VAPING ON

Fireplace

If you would like to use the fireplace, please let us know in advance.

A/C

We set the AC to 74 degrees with the fan on auto. Do not set it below 68 degrees or the unit could freeze and cause guest damages.

 

Each room in the casita has its own mini unit.

  • Load and start dishwasher morning of check out

             ~ This is GREATLY appreciated

  • Turn off all lights

  • Ensure all beach/pool items are in the backyard

  • Bikes are on the bike rack

  • Pick up all dog poop from the yard and put in plastic bag then outdoor trash can
